Engineering
The fundamental innovation behind our convertible high heels is our patented removable Stelo technology. Similar to a traditional heel shank, the Stelo provides rigidity to an otherwise flexible shoe. Detachable heels were engineered to twist on and off easily while staying firmly attached to the shoe during use.
Altogether, our shoes utilize several cutting-edge materials and processes to make a product considered impossible by the footwear industry possible.

Product Planning
Given revenue targets and a budget for the season, I utilize footwear-specific trend and color forecasts, sales analytics, and customer feedback to plan a line that appeals to both new and existing customers.
Footwear Design
Once the line plan is confirmed, I create tech packs for new upper styles, graphics, embroideries, 3D CAD, etc. and send them to our agency.
I iteratively review and revise product samples until the full product line is confirmed. Products then move to production.

3D Modeling & Art
Given the transformative nature of our shoes, renders are the most effective method to show their ability to smoothly convert between different heel silhouettes and heights.
I render all product imagery, as well as miscellaneous marketing assets. This involves modeling all new uppers and heels, rigging them to transform between flat, 1.5”, 3”, and 4” modes, and setting up new upper materials.
